At Bland Fencing & Construction, LLC we provide sales, service and customer satisfaction. Offering quality fencing labor and materials installed on your property or construction site.  Specializing in agriculture fencing including woven wire, no climb horse fence, wood privacy, vinyl, barb wire, high tensile electric, custom board, split rail, custom pens, water gaps, pole buildings and cattle chutes. Providing fencing for all manner of animals or situations; cattle, sheep, goats, horses, deer, elk, dogs etc. and sometimes neighbors. ESTIMATE PROCESS:  Call for a free phone estimate or schedule a site visit.  We must charge for estimate fee to your site due the time and fuel involved in the visit.  However, we do provide a refund of entire estimate invoice should a contract result of the estimate process.  Your estimate will be provided in writing using quick books software.  Bland Fencing will produce a written line by line professional estimate and email the documents (estimate and drawing of project and specifications via pdf files) to your email address.  If customer does not have email we will provide a fax or snail mail the documents to you. 

Our procedure ensures all parties expectations are understood and met from the get go. The process allows the customer to review the entire costs of the project in detail with a rate per foot or per project guaranteed in writing. 

Every project we take on is contracted, signed, dated and agreed between parties before we arrive on your site.  This ensures customers are rate protected as well as covered under our insurance certifications.  Good Business….. Starts with Written Estimates and Ends with SATISFIED CUSTOMERS WHO CALL ON US AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Considerations Customers should think over when contracting:  All licenses, insurance, including; Workman’s Compensation will be provided on a per request basis to any contracted customer whom requests it.  We do not post on this website our private: federal id numbers, wage bonds, tax id information, insurance policy contract numbers or the vendors who carry our policies due to privacy issues related to protecting Bland Fencing & Construction LLC from legal issues.  Once a customer is contracted we will gladly add you to our list of customers and provide all information necessary to conduct business in the State of West Virginia.
